Its really not hard. Before you sell something to a customer behind the warm food cabinet tell them, oh by the way i know its with the hot food but your choices are freezing cold and been sitting here for a couple of hours. But i wont tell you as we need to sell them still.

Popped in on a sunday morning, got served straight away, friendly young girl served us. Food was good and the place was clean and tidyParking: Some free parking outside or a larger car park in front of john Lewis just round the corner

I am a regular customer at greggs but the worker there always rude and reckless, always giving me wrong orders, as of today also picked my order and gave me wrong order. People like this should not be working around serving, very bad customers service does not care about time and managers should disipline to be more respectful against customers. 9/12/2023

Shop is never open when on Google it says it is meant to be, went in at 1:55 on a Sunday and it was closed, even though on Google it says it?s open till 6:00pm
