Always friendly staff here. Not the cheapest petrol around but there aren't that many petrol stations in Welwyn Garden City. Sometimes you have to pay for petrol before filling because of the number of fill up and runs they have unfortunately. Don't know why the shop always smells musty.

Not cheap! They charge the top end for E10 petrol here. Go elsewhere if you can! Another Esso near Brookmans Park was about 5p cheaper. Fortunately I just added what I needed. Don't like being on the orange warning light ?

Zahir is very rude. Absolutely atrocious customer service.The service in their has never been great but he is something else.Also overpriced. The jet wash is hit and miss and the vacuum is not the best.They need to go on a customer engagement course.

Had the best customer service for the last 6 months with and employee called harry I've seen him be so patient to drunk customers abusive but he keeps his calm and he always trying to help we need more employees like him in England the word would be such a better place if there was employees like himthe other staff should take note of him because it's not easy dealing with drunk customers but he handles it so well his name is harry he deserves a pay raise or a manager role

Very expensive but that's the price of convenience. 24hr petrol and shop. Most staff are OK.
