Went into store to buy a phone as I'm SIM only ..David the store advisor.explained they don't sell phones .no idea why .but that's wasn't his fault . I explained what I needed the phone for .and he pointed me in the right direction.transferd my data from my old phone .went above and beyond.excellent customer service thank you David .EE need more employees like him

Absolutely awful. I have been with EE for many years. This is the worst experience I have had in any EE Store.I originally called into see what deals were on offer for mobile phones, as I wanted to reduce my monthly mobile bill.After talking with a rep, he transferred me onto a SIM only deal for the mobile and also transferred the broadband, tv package and landline to a BT deal. He said it would all save me money.Which I thought was all fine.Well it turns out that he had put me on a PAY AS YOU GO landline, which was not explained and has cost me a fortune this month.I called BT. They told me to go back to the store, which I did reluctantly as I had other things I needed to do.Today was a nightmare too. The young lady in the store advised I could change to a 700 Anytime Minutes for the landline but I could only do that if I changed my broadband to BT Halo which would also work out cheaper over a period of time. But when the order was printed out it showed that after 4 months the cost of the broadband would double.She did say it had not shown up on her tablet when she placed the order.I obviously said I didn't want that and she called BT straight away and cancelled it.But then I was asked to sign the contract! Why would I sign something I didn't want.I was advised that the manager would not be in until Wednesday.I am so frustrated. What started off as a visit to try and reduce my monthly mobile phone bill has caused me to be a lot more out of pocket this month plus all the added aggrevation.

Dreadful. Just told me a price, no choice of phone just what he was offering me. He hadn't asked what I was looking for, needed or what I wanted to pay. Just offered me the dross. Will never go back

Sadly really bad service that has caused us a lot of problems after I thought it was going to all be sorted out .Still trying to sort the problems out today and still not sorted. Blamed technology when it was human error.

Wasn't impressed when I waited over an hour then told they'd run out of replacement sim cards. Really? 2nd visit was told to wait 10 minutes by a lady who was on training to be a manager in the St. Albans store but gaining experience in Welwyn store. After an hour wait (again) another customer was served before me. Was ignored when I raised the issue. Once I was seen they tried to persuade me to cancel my EE broadband and go with BT! In an EE shop? I didn't deal with the store manager as he was busy. I only went back in for a replacement sim!

Had an appointment with a with a guy called SCOTT he went above and beyond to insure my daughter got the right upgrade phone for her .. he also checked that I'm on the phone tariff for my mobile.. an excellent expert on customer service.. I would leave 10 plus more stars but only can leave 5 ... ??

Bought 2 chargers there a few weeks ago, had good service then. Then one charger just suddenly broke after 2 weeks, so took it back to exchange and was told I can't as it is just an accessoey.I had told the original sales person that I came to them instead if buying online as they tend to stop working after a couple of months, so I had expected EE's chargers to be if better quality, but obviously not, they cost a lot more, but that clearly doesn't reflect in the quality. This sales person checked with the manager and said they can only sell me a new one, which I obviously declined.I had been with Orange, ever since my first mobile phone which was a wonderful company, great products, always ahead technology and great perks, but since they merged with these other 2 companies, I have just seen their services and products decline over the years.I wish they would undo the merger, just like Lloyds Bank and TSB; they found they were better off alone.Such a shame! Disappointing.

Unfortunately, for me I went to this store to get anew phone I was mislead!! I was told my new contract was for £20.70After calling EE customer services I found that it was actually £23 70 and the contract with the crossed out amount was not accurate. Thanks to the lady I spoke with this has now been rectified.I am absolutely livid with the service although i cant cancel i can only warn people not to go to this store
