Simply scam..... They don't know what they are saying..blame it on tech. I got a different bill from what I have been told and when i have asked about this they lied straight into my face. I contacted ee online they said go to the store and store asked to contact ee.

EE website is incorrect! This outlet does not do same day battery replacement! Had to wait half an hour to speak to a member of staff only to be told it's not possible lol
