They charged me twice I phoned them them on 3 separate occasions and emailed back and fourth they keep saying the same thing I have had 1 email so I have been charged once but every time I tell them I have a bank statement that says otherwise they call me a liar and refuse to refund the extra payment the bank refunded me in the end as they can see I'm not the liar and they are ?

They made us the most inedible pizza. There is a crazy amount of olives (I ordered 1 serving, not half a jar)... the same goes for seasoning. It's simply impossible to eat! very salty.

Had food delivered for our family. I was the only one who had there own pizza and afterwards I felt really ill, sick stomach cramps and no energy. It runied my evening with my family I felt that bad. I was fine till I ate the pizza from them. I won't buy from them again !

I have placed an order for two deals by accident where I wanted one. The store manager said he would contact head office and I would revive a voucher which I haven not received, also. Contacted the customer support and have not heard back. This is a week after the order. I have still not had my money refunded.

Couldn?t even place order past midnight, the app kept saying the store has closed but it was obviously open according to google and I phoned there to make sure, tried ordering through website and it took me to Hatfield store so cannot place orders online to this store.
