Place is always filthy, long queues and poor service
Lady manager is rude and just doesn?t listen to how you would like your drink made. Requested my drink to be not too hot 120 degrees due to my mouth blistering when I returned the drink the manager laughed and said oh I thought you said 140 (was hotter than 140 closer to 160) Second drink made was also to hot had to go back and ask for cold milk ?. Short staffed and the staff that are working look so miserable
It?s such a shame as before Covid it was the best around

I?m not sure who the blonde manager is at the moment, but she is very rude?.this is not the first time and I actually overheard her talking to her colleague about me today because a put a dirty try in the wrong place. Not that I should have been tidying up before I drank my coffee anyway!!

Tuesday afternoon last week, I was served by 2 rather unpleasant ladies. First young lady made my Flat White with Semi-Skimmed Milk. After apologising to her for using the wrong milk to make the coffee she was trained to do properly, she decided making the new one too hot to even hold let alone drink was a good way to get me back for putting her out of her convenience.
After trying to get some help from the 2nd lady at the till to save my fingers from burning. She advised the cup wasn?t that hot and proceeded to tell customers in the queue, she didn?t know what was wrong with people today. Everyone seemed to have an issue that morning. No apology, let alone the simplest customer service.
Waited 15mins to be able to drink my coffee, whilst navigating a pram. The AM?s- DM?s need to make sure their staff aren?t overwhelmed by serving customers and that they are happy in their workplace. Really off putting!

Best place to get coffee. Staff are wonderful and accommodating, so good with my son also, he loves coming here to see the costa girls. Great coffee also!

Had lunch here served by Emily and Ruby, two lovely employees. The store was clean and tidy with an inviting atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble for these girls who clearly go the extra mile for all their customers.
