After experiencing prolonged foot pain, I've been looking for shoes that support my feet and provide relief. I came into this store with my Mum and we were helped by an amazing lady called Lisa. She was patient and attentive and allowed me to try on many different shoes and different sizes. I never felt rushed and I left with a pair of shoes that so far have been much more supportive. Managed to miss the back-to-school rush, so was quickly helped in a relatively quiet store by several friendly staff. The store is nicely laid out, with lots of examples of their shoes on display and more sizes available in the store. I wasn't sure what size to get - normally Clarks is where you go to get accurate measures - because I was shopping for someone else. Turns out, the size I was given didn't fit, so I'm back again to swap them over for a larger size. No problem at all, again the staff were quick to help. Unfortunately, they didn't have the right size in stock, but no problems getting a refund. All in all, a smooth if ultimately unsuccessful shopping trip. Definitely the place to try for decent smart shoes for school or work.

Excellent service. A pair of shoes we bought from the St. Albans store for a one year old fit very poorly (despite him being measured by Clark?s staff). The WGC store swapped them for a different pair despite a lost receipt. We will make sure we come back for the next pair!

Limited choice for my grandaughter for going back to school but very helpful staff. She did get suited, so visit was a success.

Helpful staff, clean and presentable shop. Sadly they didn't have too many shoes in the sale in the sizes we wanted, but we can't have everything.
