As someone who lives in devon, welwyn garden city is a very nice place, and the Howard centre is the heart of wgc. There are toilets and a good range of shops. Its all sheltered, perfect for winter

Wow. Tesco's pension partners need to sort this place out and start charging rent relative to the footfall. It's not central London (even if it is a commuter town) there is no vibe in the place for a reason!

I went there today as ain?t been in a while went to go JD sports turns out it?s closed down walked around for 5 minutes and the amount of empty units is shocking a shop upstairs called maz London is closing down I spoke to a very polite and friendly security officer there and he said he only started 2 days ago I feel for him as it?s empty I?ll give it 3 stars as it does have nice places to sit and relax to have a coffee
