I recently visited Cafe Nero in Welwyn Garden City, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience! The cafe is conveniently located, making it a perfect spot for a quick coffee break or a leisurely catch-up with friends.
The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every customer felt valued. Their efficiency during the busy lunchtime rush was impressive, yet they still managed to maintain a friendly and personable service.
The ambiance of the cafe was warm and inviting, with cozy seating and a relaxed vibe that made it easy to unwind. The coffee, as always with Cafe Nero, was top-notch?rich, full-bodied, and expertly brewed. I also tried one of their pastries, which was fresh and delicious, pairing perfectly with my latte.
Whether you're looking for a quiet corner to work, a meeting spot, or simply a place to enjoy a great coffee, Cafe Nero in Welwyn Garden City ticks all the boxes. Highly recommended!

We?ve been coming to this Nero most Sunday mornings for nearly 18 months with our two young kids. The staff are always friendly, even when it?s busy, and the coffee?s very good for a big chain.
This morning, our 16-month-old managed to knock over our coffees, drenching us and causing a small caffeine based flood on the floor. Carlos (the manager I think) was quickly on hand, calmly cleaning everything up and even replacing our drinks. Thanks Carlos and the team ? you saved our morning!

Nero?s Mocha drink with Belgium chocolate is best , I?m enjoyed it in such cold weather and decorations that Nero has has put a nice cabin feel to this winter time. ??
It?s always nice and warm and friendly , pleasant to see customers who enjoy their social time here.

Filthy glasses. They don?t wash glasses. Disgusting service ?. Be careful guys they didn?t wash glasses. There were mouth marks on the glass. They gave coffee with an unwashed cup.
