“Today I went to Hatfield Wickes and bought a Bosch Easy Rotak 32-225 Corded 32cm lawnmower - however, when I got it home and unpacked it to assemble it I couldn’t work out how to assemble the handles and thought there was a manufacturer error with the screw. I drove back to my nearest branch in Welwyn Garden City frustrated; emotional and upset and spoke with Steve to inform him of my issue and could he assess the situation. Steve stood back and observed what I had done then proceeded to assemble the handles correctly - even explaining how to keep screwing in the black screw at the base of the lawnmower so it fully threads through.

Steve is a credit to Wickes as his customer service is exemplary - he went above and beyond - Steve deserves employee of the month!
