I was seen today by the pharmacist, under the Pharmacy First scheme. She was very thorough, and professional, but friendly. Very happy with this service, thank you.
The prescription service is a little slow though, my doctor sent a prescription on Monday morning, but it won't be ready till Wednesday. Not this branch's fault, I don't think, just the Boots system.

Staff are always friendly and polite whenever I've been in. Never had any problems with this pharmacy. Get texts to say my prescription is ready to collect. They do have a limited range of stock being a small Boots pharmacy, but sometimes surprised when I find items that didn't think they'd stock.

After being told to come back today for items ordered yesterday. Rude lady who is always rude laughed in my face stating she never said that. Funny all 3 family members heard you.
Yet to find a boots pharmacy where staff are polite and interested in helping you!!!

Have to stand in a queue for ages, they never answer the phone which is a nightmare for me as I don?t drive and cannot just rock up to the pharmacy hoping they?ve done my prescription. I?ve even had someone answer and put the phone down on me, I have been lied to over the phone by a staff member, and someone has just left the phone off the hook before so I couldn?t call in. If you are not going to answer the phone then don?t work somewhere where it is a crucial part of your job.

I do not usually leave reviews, but the customer service I receive from this Boots, is so awful, probably the worst I?ve ever had?which has led me to write a review. I?ve held back for a while, but finally decided to switch pharmacy, due to their lack of care for their customers. The staff are extremely slow to serve, the store never answer calls and I ALWAYS have an issue with my repeat prescription. If you do use this Boots, be prepared to wait a lifetime.

This review is for the pharmacy only and does not reflect the other staff that work in boots. The pharmacy staff however are very rude. They never get my prescription correct and on top of that they accused me of ordering the wrong items which I have confirmed on my app. They have also previously been accused of having received medication I hadn?t which is humiliating. For these reasons I will not be using their services again! Worst customer service I?ve ever experienced!

Boots moors walk has gone completely downhill with prescriptions. Every time either I or my family members go in to get our prescription its the same "we don't have your repeat prescription" even though we triple check to sign it off when we got it last for them to do a repeat. "The medication isn't ready yet" eventhough the Dr's issued it a week ago. I always say 2 or 3 times for the future "can I have this on repeat please" they don't tick the box so when next month comes and I'm almost out of meds they say "well we havent got the repeat because it wasn't ticked" its terrible. I have spoken to countless people in the queue who are all complaining about similar things, the staff tell me they've let go a few of the employees who have completely messed up the system with prescriptions but it seems to still be going on. I think they just need shutting down at this point. I don't blame the staff, some of them are lovely and seem just as frustrated as us, I can imagine how embarrassing it is to keep saying the same things. What a shame.

Shockingly rude lady who works there. On multiple occasions her attitude comes across as if you're putting her out just by picking up a prescription. Once, you could put down to a bad day. But this seems to be every time
