Posted an item via eBay, however we missed the eCP number which allows Argos to contact our customer, allowing them to collect.Called up, got through to a person in under 2 minutes, problem was resolved within a minute. I am still in disbelief at how smooth of an exchange this was!!!!!!!!! 6 Stars

Rude staff, phoned and put in a complaint on Sunday and I haven't had a reply. I returned a mattress, the member of staff was happy to accept it and was doing the refund and then a second member of staff stopped him. He was very bossy to his work colleague, I was so shocked and embarrassed I left without my refund. I have phoned Argos but they say I have to return to the store to get my refund but I don't want to see the bossy staff member again!

Honestly it's an Argos, it has it's niche but the issue here is that there is often literally no staff at the checkout area and you just kind of stand there for a while. When the staff are there they are fine, it's just a matter of waiting an unknown amount of time for them to notice you're there or kind of just start shouting "Can anyone hear me? Is anyone there?", which frankly, is a nightmare.

Very poor customer service. I recently purchased a tumble drier from this store. Only when I arrived in store to collect the tumble drier was I told that there was no facility to help get it to my car parked three floors below. The only advice offered by staff was to put it on top of a shopping trolley. This was not only a health and safety risk to me but also other customers.

This outlet is within the Sainsbury?s store but on the first floor.Had a good experience purchasing a product there. The staff were helpful and answered my queries about the product.Easy payment options and quick collection.

Personnel missing for 20 min at a time to search for items . When clients are leaving the queues and leave their shopping for another day means the store is a no-go.

Shocking customer service. Collected a 17kg single bed this afternoon and staff did not offer to help. I asked if they had a trolly as had to go down two floors to get to my car and all they said was there is some down stairs and left me to carry it by myself. I ended up dropping it outside as my arms gave way from the weight.
