Staff are friendly. They sell wide range of pet food and accessories for various different animals from dogs and cats to rabbits and reptiles as well as having small pets for sale.

Visited the pet shop to replace an old, broken budgie cage.
They had good stocks and the shop of clean and tidy.
Staff were really friendly and helpful and allowed us to check out the cage before we decided to buy. Would recommend a visit if you have a pet.

Really refreshing to see animals for sale in appropriately sized and set up cages, and social species sold in pairs and proof of enclosure needed before purchase.

I have bought rats from animaltastic at 2 separate occasions so far; & both sets have been absolutely angelic.
my first 2 were boys; with brilliant temperament. curious, explorative, & very healthy! one will never stop licking your fingers, even now, & the other is so smart! he loves doing tricks & adores his free roam!
the second 2, girls I bought for my partner, have such opposite but lovely personalities. one of them is so unbelievably sociable in just a few hours of being home - climbing, watching us intently, eating etc! the other is more shy, but she had to be picked up a bit more so I'm sure she's just tired from all the fuss.
animaltastic workers, also, have always been completely empathetic & kind when talking about their pets. LOVE these guys! will always be getting from them

Top notch service on the phone and in store for our Guinea pig purchase, a clear passion and knowledge of the animals and products. It is a bit small but quirky places like these in communities are to be cherished!

Found this place recently, looking for a responsible hamster breeder. We were only allowed to get one after proving we have the right conditions to house him, and - compared to our past experiences with commercial breeders - he's much calmer, much friendlier, and very clearly used to being handled. Would happily recommend to anyone.
