Didn't received half of the groceries delivery and I have to wait 5-7 days to receive the refund...never again, spent 45 minutes with the customer support on the phone to tell them each of the products i haven't received, ordered the groceries via Prime Now to save time...ended up wasting the double of the time. Besides that I am pregnant and I have no food in the house so I need go shopping now....NEVER AGAIN, worst service ever...couldn't spend the discount I had with Amazon Prime Now as the app didn't added. An awful experience.
