I have been there for high lightI have never seen this kind rude lady and she was not sure how to doShe did bleach on my hair i was waiting for like 4 hourse and my head skin was burning but she said no you have to wait more becouse your hair is not readyAnd she did the rubish high light asked me next day too as the high light was not completeIt was like a jok i will never go there again this salon is just rubish

I've used Zeba for years, as has my family. The last few weeks every week there is someone new. I space out my treatments because of time allowance. Everytime there is someone new who has not tried to understand what u really are asking for. Today my face was ripped from facial waxing that i have done so many times there. But this new lady her technique was wrong. Wax was too hot, and she would not not hold my skin as she ripped. She did not offer refund or treaent tempt to apologize. I told her to to tell her manager to contact me.Services: Eyebrow beautification

Not sure I would use this salon again. Whilst the lady working was lovely the standards at this salon are questionable to say the least.I had an intimate waxing and the lady did not use any gloves, so her bare hands were in quite a sensitive area. I then had my eyebrows shaped and tinted, I asked for natural as possible, several times I have extremely dark eye brows, which dispute several attempts to wash off the tint is not budging.I don?t think the lady that was doing the treatments had any official qualifications, like I said, a nice enough person but not one that should be doing treatments on people.I have looked at several responses to reviews from this salon and can guarantee that there is nothing fake about this one.Services: Eyebrow threading

I attended Zeba hair and beauty on Thursday 13.04.2023, my booking was with Dolly, I cannot recommend her enough, she was very gentle, kind and attentive, made me feel very comfortable and was able to have a lovely conversation with her whilst getting my waxing done, she did a fantastic treatment, and most of all she did a wonderful shape up on my eyebrows!! I was so so so pleased.Marca and Dolly are both amazing at doing my eyebrows, lovely shape up and never make them thin, always do them however I want them to, I?m quite particular but they still work well with me.Very happy with Zeba hair and beauty, great service, thank you. :).Services: Eyebrow shaping

Had the worst experience ever. 2 weeks before I had booked for hair and makeup service. Called them few days before to reconfirm my appointment aswell to which I was told its all confirmed. Visited on the day of appointment and the lady Zeinab who was meant to do my hair and party makeup was not there.Another member of staff called her however she refused to come back.I was do upset about this. I was due to attend a party which I could not attend.Another staff offered to go my hair and tried but I was so upset that I cried.Very very poor service and zenab was suppose to be the manager. Really bad n a very disappointing experience.Services: Makeup services
