Horrible disrespect and bodyshaming to customers from staff. Calling a girl a whale and making pig noises as she entered the shop to regularly by some clothes? Appalling behaviour.

i?m posting this review on behalf of a girl i saw on tiktok posting about this branch. the staff are absolutely disgusting. putting a girl down by making comments about ?whales coming into the shop? and making pig noises around her. as seen in the other reviews under mine a lot of people don?t have anything better to say about the staff here so, consider hiring some better staff who aren?t bums, should be doing their job and not projecting their own insecurities towards random people/customers they don?t know. thank you

Honestly, this is the WORST Zara I?ve ever been to. The staff are beyond rude?zero basic manners, zero willingness to help. I asked a simple question about stock and got nothing but attitude and misinformation. It?s like they don?t even want customers there.
The store layout is a mess, clothes are everywhere, and finding sizes is a nightmare. Don?t even bother asking anyone because they?ll just shrug or give you the wrong info.
Queues are ridiculously long, tills are painfully slow, and don?t even get me started on the changing rooms?they?re a disaster. No organization, no care, just pure chaos.
Save yourself the stress and shop literally ANYWHERE else.

Horrible security following people around the shop, myself on 5 occasions last time I went started shouting about me having a drink that was closed and i was holding and told me to leave the shop, shouted at me infront of my young children, will never use this shop again, was told by other customers that this usually happens to them also, only thing that stopped me thinking it was a race issue. Maybe train your security on how to deal and speak with customers

Having shopped in zara for years all over the world and all over the uk, this has to be the worst zara Ever !! Having spent a lot of money in the westfield brance one of the items had a tag left on, not living anywhere near the westfield shop, I popped into zara watford with receipt to have item detagged i was refused !! And told to bring back to westfield shop. The manager was rude, unprofessional and didnt care about my custom. I then said ever remove tag or take all items purchased back for a full refund !! All itend were returned and refunded what sence is that. Zara your policies are pointless and you really need to sort out your managers I will NEVER buy or my family from zara ever again at the watford branch.
SHAMEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I will be contacting head office about said manager....

Worst experice ever ever ever with a shop, since the self checkouts there are no staff on the floor at all.
Self checkouts dont work at all.
Finally someone came at the till but i had to wait another 10 minutes because their card machine wont work.
I used to like zara but now they are just ridiculous and the way they make things now doest make any sens at all!!!

ZARA's Watford store is good. The staff is helpful and friendly. I recommend it to others. Overall, it was a good experience. Have enough choices for men, women and kids. Always get bargain deals on sale time, but expect a big queue due to the brand value.

I bought a t-shirt from Zara, but it was a little dirty. I brought it to this Zara branch in Atría to exchange it. After waiting for a long time, they told me they wouldn?t take it back because the stain was there. The customer service was bad, and I got really angry.
