I have had the absolute worst experience with zyreen and others working with her .. they don?t answer the phone and when they do they are out of office. Then found out zyreen was off on holiday and no one wanted to deal with me until she was back despite the urgency. Took two weeks off work just to chase up everything and doing their work on top of it. Absolutely avoid this agency made me hate my life. Unprofessional. Just use openrent and deal directly with landlords quicker and will save you the hastle.

If i could give 0 stars I would!!! PLEASE AVOID THIS AGENCY!!!! We had a view arranged two weeks ago, made our offer, paid deposit and sent all paperwork required. The agent Tia proceded to ignore our calls and emails, did not respond to any of our emails at all and every time we called their office they told us she is out of office and will call us back. Guess what, NO ONE ever did!! We were stuck for more then 2 weeks from looking for a flat to rent, and she kept postpone the answer saying she did not receive some reports. Today my partner went to their office and they were laughing to his face, ?sorry, i was just about to call you? she said we lost the deposit and we failed referencing. No written confirmation, no explanation whatsoever, we just need to trust her word and loose some money. We are under a lot of pressure because we need to move, and this was the worst experience we ever had in our lives of renting. I am still waiting for an explanation regarding what happened and why we are not able to get a refund, law it s stating that deposit needs to be refunded!!!!!!

Not all but some letting team members are less considerate despite messages and even personal visit to their branch, they do not response and kept you waiting. They should represent landlord openly if they do not want family of different background or any other reason.

Annie and Zyreen, are exceptionally great and offer an amazing service, I am very grateful for. I would highly recommend them. In less than a few days I had a letting agreed. They are very quick and thorough in completing the tenant's referencing and compliance checks.

My whole sales process was not an easy task, and there were many factors that made it drag. However, I found Your Move to be very helpful and attentive, not just Azra who was the agent I dealt with directly, but Scott as well, and others who picked up the work if the others weren't about. Your Move Watford work as a team, and go above and beyond, and are very communicative.Its not common to find an estate agent that is as attentive as they have been, without trying to push something, and others just switch off and was their hands of you. Your Move are different, they take sales seriously, not just from the offer being accepted, but right up until completion.

Has taken over a month to issue a AST after all documents sent. Requested a refund over a week ago and still nothing. No communication or response to emails. Worst agents I have ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs!
