Fairly standard chain option so it was pretty much as expected. The coffees are pretty pricey and it was nothing special. No ambience.

Rude, unpleasant and arrogant post office women, avoid this post office at all cost

Very handy for the post office but it's a bit run down inside. Needs a big update and renovation.

Nice , Spacious shop with 2 floors and almost all stationary requirements available. Lots of offers. Most of the National curriculum books available. Great place to bring kids to inspire learning.

WHSmith is a staple of the British high street, this particular branch is located inside Atria Watford and is a large location, featuring a Post Office. The store is fairly modern, gone are the days of the horrid carpet that even your grandmother would turn her nose at, and here comes a new floor. The store has a satisfactory selection of books, magazines, stationery and beverages that you would expect to find in any WHSmith store, it is a little pricey here but that's the WHSmith way. 4*

This coffee shop is tucked away on the first floor in WH Smith in the Intu Centre (formerly called the Harlequin), Watford. It seemed very busy when I called in around 11:45 for a quick latte before an optician's appointment at Boots, next door/. Service was prompt and eficient and the staff pleasant and helpul. What's not to like ?

Staff are rude and they believe that they are doing you a favour by doing there jobs. Staff are next to useless. I would try anywhere else on earth before using this store.

Store looks quite run down, thereâ??s often a huge line at the till and only one staff member about to serve you. Prices are average of this kind of store, good offers on best selling books though.

Good location..a very good variety of products and the little cafe upstairs much needed hidden away from the busy shopping center gives you a chance for a quiet moment...staff very friendly and helpful

Confusing princing with 3 for 2. But a good traditional stationary store on the high street or mall.
