Bought a baguette tonight at around 5pm. Kind of feel that they don?t care at the end of the night because the bread was completely stale.

Love a wenzels and usually pinner is my local one. As I was in Watford today I thought I?d grab a chicken salad sandwich. I asked if they could make me one on white bread as they didn?t have left. Roxana was just so lovely, customer service from herself and the gentleman who made my sandwich is 10/10. However they lost a star from me as the older lady who worked there was so rude. ?I have it out there already? is what she said to me and talk about working with an angry face. She gave nothing but attitude, dirty looks and no manners. Sausage roll was also burnt and over done but I didn?t even want to turn back to ask if I could have another one.However as said Roxana 10/10 customer service, politeness and just a happy attitude in general.

Great Wenzel's outlet at Watford High Street,just out side M and S Ground floor and infront of Cafe Nero .Variety of baked items to choose from. Efficient ,friendly staff, special thanks to Assistant manager Christine who prepped my son's favourite Wenzel's food item fresh as it was sold out. Take away only.However lots of benches and places around to eat out side. Good place to bring kids,but be mindful of the oncoming traffic and taxis. career opportunities are open now. (See photos)

Went in today for our usual rolls with bacon or sausage and coffee and the server was really rude, huffed and made a comment because we hadn't handed in our coffee vouchers even though I had them in front of her trying to give them in.

Been going to wenzels for atleast a decade and the last year has been awful. I have never understood how you can charge £5 for a baguette with nothing in it. A chicken Bacon baguette is now a baguette with Mayo and the odd bit of bacon. Terrible and shameful that this isn?t a mistake but there actual portions. Please do not waste your money and go elsewhere.

This is the second time we have been here in the last week, both times there was hardly any chicken mayo in the baguette loads of salad, compared to the Garston shop !!!

Wow this is the best bakery store in Watford, I?ve chosen Sausage roll and chicken and mushroom pastry.I have to say it tastes absolutely delicious and it?s so much better than Greggs, the customer service was fantastic. 10/10

Wenzels took it apon themselves to tell me not to have seizures in the work place and have been very poor with any kind of response So aside from the fake reviews from staff members they leave all the meats fish and cheese on the floor for hours I literally worked there n still got ppl who work there it?s a joke of a company and this review is going up on all thir stores

The baguettes and sandwiches here are great, the best sandwich in Watford. Last visit I got a seeded bread, I?m still thinking about it 2 weeks later! So good!
