Lots of staff, not welcoming at all. No one was interested in serving. Wanted to look at a new electric Audi as we wanted to find a electric car that suits our needs and we like.... Makes one think, all these posh show rooms are they there to serve or are they just for show only as it already has big name??

Waited for a call back ?within the hour? and still hadn?t heard back 24 hours later. Rang reception and tried to explain the situation and receptionist was extremely rude and hung up. Will be going elsewhere

Came in near closing time with aquery regarding a new company car, lady at reception was brilliant and tried answering my questions. She then passed me over to Richard from sales who was really friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate he was working on something and dropped it to help me. Excellent service ??

Never take your car to these lot they are a scam like a lot of other main dealerships!Had my car in for a major service only to come back with the service team saying I have 9 different faults up to £5000 in parts and labour. I was given an Audi cam video which never showed the damage they wanted to replace.I took my car 1 week later to another Audi dealership which only found 1 fault so the other 8 was just a bonus for them to make money from me luckily wasn?t so stupid as o just purchased the vehicle from vindis group.

They rarely bother to pickup the phone. They frequently promise to call me back and then never do. I ended up having to chase about 3/4 times just to get the Audi app registered to myself. Tried to arrange a test drive and again get promised a call back that never happens. Save your energy and go to another franchised dealer that actually cares.

Shocking experience all round. Took my car to have sat nav enabled. First time I took it I made clear they should call me if there were any issues with the dealership (who were covering cost). By 3pm (they?ve had the car 7 hours at this point) I finally get through to hear they haven?t asked for approval yet but will do now, they have done a diagnostic of the whole car which I didn?t ask for. 3 hours of me chasing and chasing gets nowhere. No apologies, my car just sat there all day for no reason. ?Just bring it back? is all I get. Book to take it back and best they can do is 6 weeks later unless I can leave it all day AGAIN. I?ve been here for 3 hours now. I?ve asked when today they?ll do the work so I can plan my day (I?m working from a laptop in the showroom) and they just won?t tell me. How can Audi not know at what point over 10 hours of a day they?ll fit my sat nav? At this rate it?ll be 2 days (at least) for them to fit a sat nav SD card. Not one apology, not one ?I understand let me see what I can do?. Just a shrug and blank stare like I?m crazy for not understanding they just work on cars at random.

Had my car in for warranty repair on climate control. Was dealt with on the phone by Adrian Drekov. I had bought my car in a day early from appointment date. I kindly asked if the car could be seen to early as I wanted parts ordered in time for next day pick up. Adrian kindly accepted and forwarded to tge technician. Parts were ordered and sent in next morning to be fitted first thing. I was contacted by Adrian throughout all of this and the following day that the car should be ready by the end of the working day. This was not convenient as I had school pickup and wouldn't be able to make pick up so late in the day and for another couple of days. I informed him of this and he worked his magic and was able to get me my car ready for pickup for around 2pm.All in all great customer service from Adrian Drekov and probably one of the best I've had at any Audi to be honest.P.s complementary wash and clean on pick up to is always a plus.Thank you Watford Audi.

David, was a delight to deal with, could not have been more helpful and kept us in constant touch with when the Q2 would be arriving. Have used Watford Audi for a few years and have always found them to provide a great level of service. Gave my car in for a service last week. Adrian on the service desk was very polite and friendly and kept me informed of the progress of the service. Thank you Adrian. really good experience when I visited this dealership for a test drive of an A3 sportback this past Sunday. The sales exec I dealt with, Mr Umar Manwar, was super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I was looking for a new car but one where I wouldn't have to wait 2-3 months to get the delivery, so Umar diligently looked through all the available cars in stock but unfortunately there wasn't any which I liked. Umar again thoroughly checked the inventory and informed me that my preferred model/trim/color car was being built this week and would be available end of Oct. I ended up buying from a different manufacturer but only because they had a car I liked and was available to drive away in 2-3 weeks.

AVOIDIn short, do NOT buy from Audi Watford.I purchased an Audi used approved RS which went back to the dealer with problems just days after I collected it.I decided to get it independently inspected for piece of mind. This identified that 5 body panels had been resprayed and that the bonnet and windscreen were not original parts.After this I struggled getting my money back and had to involve Audi head office and the motor ombudsman.I change cars every 12 months or so and have never had to deal with such unprofessional people. When trying to get my refund with this dealer they ignored my phone calls or said that everyone was too busy. (JAGS - Manager).An absolute shambles of a franchise, Group 1 and Audi should be ashamed of the way they are conducting business, will not be using Audi again and will go back to Land Rovers.No one has apologised for the massive inconvenience they have caused and the money I have had to pay to endure it.If you?ve bought AF68SSX without being informed of the above, send it back.

I give 5 star to my advisor Fern Payne because she deserves she give me curtesy car because my car audi a6 quattro s line 2021 is in the garage for verification the mileage if is true and one issue with the light on right side and I think I was scam about the mileage of the car
