Fantastic service from the staff in Wagamama Watford tonight. They were very attentive from the get go and helped us celebrate my niece?s birthday. Super service, very friendly staff and they even sang happy birthday as they presented the birthday cake that we brought with us! Well done, you made our night!!

Had a quick lunch on a weekday. We really enjoyed Ramen and duck Donburi. Gayoza has left us a bit disappointed (texture and flavour).

It?s the first time I ate at Wagamama. The service was excellent and the food was great if not on the small size. It?s not the cheapest place to eat, but the thing that really bug me was when paying I had to scan the QR code on the table. This let me to a payment page however why do I need to add in my name address and postcode to pay a bill? I have no interest in registering on the app.
Finally, was quite surprised you were asking for a tip. Are you not paying your staff? This is not the US.

I went with my friends last week for dinner, ordered firecracker with prawns and a small bottle of water, the bill was £19.50. there wasn't tiger prawns or Jumbo prawns on the dish, just a few tiny prawns (looked more like accidentally fallen in) with a small ball of rice and a big pile of chunky pieces of green pepper.
it was more like a green salad with 5% prawn, 10% rice and 85% green pepper if cost of water was £2, I don't know which part of the dish worth £17.50, can Wagamama explain?

Served two bowls of overcooked mushy ramen. Looked like they?d tipped a pot noodle into a bowl. Sent them back. One of party took a replacement, but the other went hungry. Not offered any discount to make up for the sloppy mess they served, and the delay in a replacement dish meaning everybody ate separately. Yeah, won?t be back.

We ate at Wagamama for the first time. Everything was well explained to us about the process and the dishes. The food was freshly cooked and very good. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We would love to come back.

Doesn't feel like how Wagamama used to be. I have to ask them to take back the food as it's always cold. Portions have become lots smaller and taste has also changed. Didn't enjoy enjoy as much as we used to few years ago

Service okay, good family atmosphere
However, food, I order 2 started dishes one was deliver to the table after mains.
I order a ramen but the noodles was not cooked properly uneatable. Waiter take the plate. But still charge £17 for a food I didn't finish as was not cooked well.

I recently visited wagamama and had an amazing experience! I?m so grateful for the exceptional service provided by Birute ? she made sure everything was perfect throughout my meal. I ordered the prawn raisukaree and hoki coconut kare, and both dishes were absolutely delicious! Everything was cooked to perfection. I highly recommend wagamama for a great dining experience, and a special thanks again to Birute for making it even more enjoyable!

Not happy because we was refused to sit outside even though there was tables. Why have an outside areas if not allowed to use.

I went to there today for lunch. No one came to take order for 10 mins first..after calling a waiter he took our order and then order did not arrive for next 45 mins. When I asked staff they said the order is not there in the system. They asked who took order, I told them. The guys had audacity to say he never took order. Total lie instead of apology. I would never go there again. Although I took photo of my menu where waiter wrote the items number and some other code when taking order. Photo is attached here. In nutshell service is horrible, would not have given even one star if there was option.
