Really comfortable seats, clean, ample parking - it's a very good cinema in most ways.Took a star off because sometimes the queue for refreshments is somewhat ridiculous: you'll have two staff members serving a large queue and some of the orders take a lot of time. I don't think it's reasonable to have customers waiting 15 minutes to pay for some pick n mix

First time coming here but I think I'll be back, chairs are nice reclining with a small table in front, screen was really big compared to my normal place (another cinema chain) popcorn could have been better but I like the fact they offer mixed rather than just sweet or salty.

We went on a Thursday night. Very quiet night. Watched a film in peace with no people talking or food wrappers noise. Vert comfortable seats. Booked online , very reasonable price

Lovely cinema! Screen 7. Great seats. Sadly, refreshments are super-expensive which is a bit disappointing. Take a blanket it is very cold inside the cinema. The sound is very loud especially for the trailers and advertisements.

Decent venue, all seats are electric recliners which are very comfy with small tables, loads of leg room in front too.No problems with visuals and audio.

Great experience, the girl who served us was amazing, We had an issue at our lane, stopped bringing the balls back but the way they handled the problem was amazing. Well done to the team. Definitely, we will visit this place again and I highly recommend this branch.

We love coming to Vue Watford they have the most confortable seats and great service ! The staff is very friendly ! Last week I forgot my sunglasses in one of the screens and Hassan helped me finding them and was kind enough to reach me out. Amazing staff !

Great cinema! I have not been to Vue Watford for a while (pre lockdown). When booking tickets I couldn't understand why there were so few rows of seats. When I got there I understood why. Vue have made the great decision to reduce the number of seats and spaced them out to give each person more room. They have installed the entire auditorium with luxurious recliner seats that are so comfortable! As far as I can tell, they are all motorised to recline at the touch of a button and you also have your own tray table and drinks holder. This is one of the only cinema viewings (with a standard ticket anyway) I have been to where I didn't feel I was too close to the stranger next to me. They felt a good distance away without me feeling I was ever in their space and we didn't have to share an arm rest. There is so much leg room and the people's heads in front were not in the way. This has now become my go to cinema. Thank you for making the audience comfort a priority, over cramming as many people in as possible. On this occasion, I was in screen 4. The screen is big enough to sit in the middle and fill your eyeline. Image was nice, bright, vibrant and sharp. The sound was just right, good surround separation, clear speech and the right amount of low frequency. Wish they had an IMAX or Dolby Vision screen though. Only problems were the auditorium spotlights were a bit bright during the movie, even at their dimmed level. Might be better if they had floor lights. The entrance/exit door is next to the screen, so it can be distracting when people come in and out during the movie, as the light from the corridor is quite bright and leaks in. If they made the lights by the door dimmer during showings, that might help.

Very cleaned cinema. Two females staffs very moody when serving the popcorn. Would have liked if Indian film they could play in the morning. Overall experience at Watford cinema is good.

An excellent place to watch a film. Nicely fitted out with electric reclining seats (with table and leg rest). The concession stand in the foyer always seems slow to fulfil your needs but the actual viewing experience is great.

Preferred cinema as the seats are cheaper than other competitors. Plus, they are reclining no matter what you pay for! Food etc costs half a liver but that's "normal" most cinema's now. Plenty of parking outside is a bonus aswell. Good location as straight road from M1 / M25. All in all, decent ?

Normally good, but food outlets low on staff one closed and other our of most ice creams. Crowded by people in pink...for barbie. No Cindy protesters in sight. Thankfully watching mission impossible. No11 screen very small wide but not deep. Would prefer more stepped. Seats new comfort recliners. Access through fire escape door into dark corridor with no staff! Just pointed in direction by ticket person by normal ticket point holding back those on pink.

Loved this place and their recliner chairs!Consessions ended up costing more than the tickets but great if you want the experience! I love the fact you can buy an actual drink there, so cool!!!-1 star only because it took me a few tries to find a bathroom stall with some toilet paper and their gummy candies wernt as fresh as I had hoped. Will ve going back!

the seating was great as was the screen and the service. But I almost choked on the price of two drinks and a popcorn being £18 with no "combination offers" that you'd find at most other cinema chains.

Comfortable seats, wide aisles, great loos, all the usual BUT be aware that if you have a problem like we had, you MUST make the complaint to Staff while you are still in the building. We had to go and ask staff to start the film (we had stared at a black screen for 20 minutes) and then went to ask for the air con to be turned down (it was freezing and we were the only two in there but not possible - had to get blanket from car). Emailed complaint on same day but that is too late apparently to be offered any kind recompense (queried three times but no).
