We have just booked our holiday with TUI, and I can?t express how impressed we were with the entire experience. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, efficiency.
A special shout-out to Ali, who went above and beyond to help us. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about finding the perfect holiday for us. Ali took the time to understand our preferences and offered insightful suggestions that suited our budget and needs. Her attention to detail made the whole process seamless and stress-free.

I visited the Watford High street today on a bitterly cold winters day with one thing in mind?to book the sun, with a jaw dropping room and view! I had some ideas in mind but not a lot of detail so needed specialist help. I was warmly greeted by the Manager, Caroline who listened to my very short brief and sat me down with Ali. Ali noted down everything I was looking for and presented me with several options. Each one could have been more than perfect, that?s when she then showed me a hotel which looked gorgeous with a stunning beachside location. I was then shown a roof top room option which made my jaw drop and I knew that was the one! Along with offering me the perfect flights and all the extra essentials to make the trip perfect such as a late checkout room, I booked the lot there and then. Ali made it so easy and simple and showed me how the booking automatically appears on the app so I can explore and consider trips and extras at ease. All there is to do now is count down the 122 days until paradise.
As it stands, I?ll already be booking my next trip with Ali who already discussed ideas for that with me. The staff are a testament to the company and really deliver the smile in the TUI! Thank you!
