I pop in at 1.20 pm to discuss opening two new accounts only to find the place like a ghost town. Nobody out front. At the counter when I peer in I spot a member of staff on the phone who simply stares back at me with no acknowledgement/indication that she will be with me when she can. First impression not very good.
