Jordan, what a top man. I needed a couple of door locks for the stables where i work. Having no clue about how to measure them correctly or what type they was and within minutes he got exact replacements for me. Any spare parts i need in the future, well im going to this Toolstation.

It was a lovely experience visiting toolstation for the first time. I was sent to purchase a door latch by my husband. I was completely clueless and didn?t know where to begin. However, Mohammad was a great help and thoroughly assisted me and answered any queries that I had. He made the visit extremely pleasant and was very welcoming!

mark is really helpful & knowledgable helped me with my order as I had no idea what I was doing, I?ve never been to a Toolstation before or even written a review but hes convinced me to keep shopping at this store. I came in doing renovations to my house and had no idea what to buy to fix my door handles / hinges. Mark helped me find what I was looking for and let me know he?s happy to help if I needed it again. The whole catalogue system is new to me, my husband usually does the DIY so it was nice someone wanted to help me. Thank you

Cole is an absolute angel ? they made my experience amazing, very talkative, greeted me when I first walked in, making me feel welcomed, i work with the company however, they didn?t know that until I placed my order!
