I used to come here years ago when Joe ran the place and it was always busy with a great atmosphere, Recently tried to book again for my tint and cut and was surprised to be put through to a London office just to make an appointment which felt odd. In the end I had to go in person to book, When I got there the salon felt completely different, no clients around, very quiet, and only one option available for colour at a lower level when I?d always have top level before, the prices have almost tripled when the people seem half the age ,it?s nothing like it used to be unfortunately and ended up going elsewhere

Calm and welcoming salon. Nothing is too much trouble, treated like a VIP.
Poric is an absolute superstar. Cut both mine and my daughter?s hair to exactly as we wanted. Made suggestions, gave professional advice and tips on styling, and did a moisturising treatment that left me feeling like a queen. Massage chair, scalp exfoliation, these guys have it nailed. Have being going to Toni and Guy salons for over 25 years as cannot beat the top quality haircuts. The Watford salon is a great salon with really friendly staff. Poric did my hair and he is amazing. Highly recommend.

Jess my stylist was absolutely amazing she took the time to listen to what I wanted and didn?t over promise on what was achievable. The entire atmosphere of the salon was lovely and the little touches such as options for food and drink if wanted were lovely.

I love the gentleman with the tattoos that cut my hair! My allegence has switched from Rush to Toni & Guy! The lady that washed my hair was very professional too. I will be back!
