Does anybody else find that the RED receipts given by TKMAXX UK are so hard to read and fade (in case of returns) I know for Dyslexic people this could be even harder for them to read. White Please

New co designed purpose built commercial HQ that has a lovely understated ambience with clean lines, muted carpets and is very user friendly for me as a neurodivergent person. I appreciated the ability to adjust the lighting on the lumens scale panel ( see photos). You can also use the walk panel to upload presentations directly to the room screen. No Bluetooth beaming from laptop. Generous sized rooms with ergonomic seating. Staff super conscientious and welcoming. I star deducted for blips in the disabled toilet. If you are doing a right hand transfer to toilet from a wheelchair you must be careful about the spacing between the bowl and the basin. Quite narrow. Larger visitors will find themselves squeezed. The floor space needs to be clear of obstacles like the paper towel bin. This needs to be wall mounted. The door latch was faulty too. An arthritc person cannot easily turn it and it doesn't engage properly because it is gapping within its inlay. Please maintain these mechanisms more carefully in the future. Fun place to be in. Has a beautiful quiet room complete with open sided mini library bookshelf. Hope to return soon.

If it were at all possible to award this ungrateful and duplicitous Watford branch of OUR AMERICAN CORPORATION zero stars, then that is what would be selected. Your staff are the most bigoted, hateful people who seem to forget that whether you hate Americans or not, you work for an American Corporation, which enables you to pay your extortionate utility bills. We have our eyes on all of you.

Loved working at TJX EUROPE as a contractor. They really take you in as one of their own. Never have I felt more welcomed by a company. Sadly today was my last day as moving on to new opportunity but will really miss the people I met at TJX not just in the UK but across Europe and US.

Yesterday I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with TJX customer service. My call was answered promptly and I was able to speak to a real person! ( Quite refreshing in current times!) The lovely agent answered my query, dealt with it immediately, apologised for my inconvenience and gave me a complimentary gift card to compensate my loss and provide me with free postage on my next order as a gesture of goodwill even though the fault was with the courier service and not TK Maxx! Customer service at its absolute best! I absolutely love TK Maxx and Homesense and this has reiterated why! Keep up the amazing work and thank you ??
