I very rarely review companies, but I?m so impressed by quality of the dry cleaning service Timpson?s provided for me, I have decided to go on Google to send my gratitude and appreciation. I?ve only used them twice so far because I?m new to the area but I?ll definitely be coming back! The staff in the shop are very friendly and chatty, and the prices are acceptable plus the quality of the service is excellent. I had winter duvets dry cleaned like never before ?

Extremely bad customer service. The shop is meant to open at 9. It's 9.17 and the guy (a replacement for the usual employee who is on holiday) has not opened the shop yet. Waste of time!

Had two car remote keys repaired by Geoff at the Timpsons in Asda Watford. The service was very friendly and efficient. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Really helpful and professional when cutting me a new car key today. Significantly cheaper than the dealer and went out of their way to sort it for me as well. Great customer service.

Came here for dry cleaning services for coats and pillow cases. No issues with the customer service received from the gentleman who served me on both drop off and collection however 3/5 of our very expensive coats have been ruined after the dry cleaning as have all the pillow cases and everything has a foul smell! Thought a brand such as Timpson would have a certain standard and trusted them with our expensive coats but will certainly not be using them for dry cleaning again - avoid!

Amazing customer service, called and spoke to Robert I believe. I had my car key fixed within 20 minutes. Didn?t try to over charge me like the rest! Amazing amazing amazing.

Brought a fob there to get cut and was told because I didn't buy the fob there they wouldn't cut it. Why advertise a key cutting service when they only cut keys if you buy the key with them.

Jeff made sure my shoes, keys and car keys were completed quickly. Ended up spending triple due to the new services he informed me about. Jeff really made a painful experience enjoyable.

Excellent service. I needed a replacement car key. All done efficiently and in a timely manner. I was not allowed to go until the manager was satisfied everything was working as it should. Good value.
