Went into Timpson at MOrrisons in Watford, i need 4 keys cut, he said i dont have that plate, but can use this. went home never worked any of them. Went back and his reply was i told you i never had the plate, Little lost on why then did he cut them. This is not the biggest problem agree, but he then said go to Rickmansworth Tesco and they will sort it, its a KIOSK no operative to ask. I think the service was terrible will never use again and now have to go back and get my money back, 3 wasted journerys just all becasue the lad could not do his job

Gave 10 shirts, all came back creased as was in the beginning ! What?s the point of paying for it when I had to iron it again?? When asked the staff why they creased was told ? it usually happens in transit ? nice?.
