I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at Timpson's Lower High Street Tesco Extra Beach. On 4/7/2025, I visited to replace my car key battery due to a low charge warning on my dashboard. The staff member, Tianna, who claimed to be the branch manager, refused to honor the warranty despite me having the receipt....
