I recently visited the Three store in Watford at 5:55 PM, shortly before closing. Despite the store still being open, I was refused service by a staff member named Sonal, who was extremely rude and dismissive. The assistant manager also refused to provide his name and was unprofessional, even threatening to bar me from the store without cause.
This kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable, especially from staff representing your brand. I?m a paying customer and expect to be treated with basic respect. I would like this matter to be investigated and for appropriate action to be taken.

I am writing to raise a serious concern about my recent experience at your Watford store on [insert exact date, e.g., September 3rd, 2025] at approximately 5:55 PM.
Before visiting, I called the store to confirm whether I could be served if I arrived shortly before closing. A staff member assured me that if I came before closing time, I would be served. Based on that assurance, I arrived at the store before 6:00 PM, only to be refused service at the door.
The staff member named Sonal was particularly rude and dismissive, stating ?I don?t want to serve you.? When I asked to speak with the assistant manager, he refused to give his name, was equally unhelpful, and even threatened to bar me from the store, despite me remaining calm throughout.
This behaviour is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on your customer service standards. I felt disrespected and unfairly treated.
I would like this incident to be investigated, and I request an apology and confirmation of what action will be taken regarding the conduct of the staff involved.

Very poor asistance, I go to ask for three movil phones they said nearly 70£ a month and phone thats crazy amount i never pay that cuantity assistance wass useless difinitly is not the site where to go!
Just lost time!
And they said is a fix price not sure if that's mean for ever

As my subscription coming to end. I asked what Three are proposing like options.
The agent limited the offert to only one option only.
I was wondering what pushing him to behave like this.
The agent was uncooperative and it reflect how Three are considering the customers

VERY POOR SERICE , THREE!!!
I purchased a sim from the store and wanted to cancel, but was not able to as I was offered a poor service.
I called customer service SEERAL TIMES, finally they advised to contact the store manager since I purchased the sim in store.
I called the store , Kola answered the phone and he mentioned manager is on leave 1-2 weeks , training manger is not available until Monday ( I called on a Thursday), no one else available to talk about that.
I was not explained about the policy when I purchased the sim.
I happened to purchased Three sim, because my previous Three sim stopped working just after 8 months.
I had to call here and there so many times wasting 2-3 hours, different people advised differently , they didn?t know about the policies nor what they were talking about, very disappointed.
Sadly I was not able to purchase a better package with NHS discounts, just because of NEGLIGENCE of THREE !!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING THREE !!!!!!

Totally scam in store they use lebara sim for scam. They make you confuse and cancel your current contract then make new one .dont go there

Rude behaviour from customer service advisor Name is FAWAZ.
I aske about my contract it is going to finish soon so wanna ask about next plan and offer but his response is very bad. Hi said me they will call you and front of me he is used his phone.
And then he said you need to call by your self.
I have business plan and I?m using 2 line plus phone contracts as well.

For your own humanity do not come here ever. They treat you disturbingly with zero respect. Not only do they mock you in store and whisper behind customers backs they also rudely and dismissively hang the phone up on you while you are speaking. I was only innocently calling because a phone I ordered for collection at your store was has gone MISSING with no explanation??? No one seems to care enough to help. Saying they don?t get paid enough. Honestly this is awful.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with the services provided by Three Telecom. I recently had an unfortunate experience with your company, which has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied as a customer.
I visited one of your stores on 25th of August, 2023, with the intention of purchasing a pay-as-you-go product. However, to my surprise, I was sold a contract instead, which I have never activated or used. This miscommunication has resulted in an unnecessary burden for me, as I am now being pursued to pay a debt for a service I never used and activated. I was not able to contact Three, as I have been abroad for three months (and I informed about it Three?s employee , explaining why I prefer pay as you go option ; and also asked him , if I will start to pay for using their services AFTER I will set it up at home (which never ever happened) and his reply was Absolutely YES!!!); I was not able to contact customer support , Live chat is absolutely useless. I wasted £100 for this service, I have never used, and being a single mother of a minor child - it is a money, that I could pay for something we need more.
This incident has greatly tarnished my perception of your company. I really trusted your representatives to provide an accurate information and guide me towards the appropriate product, but unfortunately, this trust has been shattered.
I urge you to review your sales practices and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.

I had a good experience today at Three Store in Watford. Luis and Tateg help sort out the problem. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Highly recommend.

Excellent experience here today, customer service was great. The young lady that served us was very polite and friendly, she got us the information and contract we needed, showed us the best deal and we are now saving over £50 a month on our phone. She did very well and we walked out satisfied.

The Three SIM store provides a decent experience. The staff is helpful, and the store offers a variety of SIM plans to choose from. However, the waiting times can be a bit long, and the store layout could be more organized. Overall, a satisfactory option for your mobile needs.
