Have used this place before but recently went there to get two watch batteries. Was quoted nearly £70! Declined their offer and went to Samuel?s - got them both fine for £20.Not sure I will be using them again which is a shame.

Always used them,went for a new battery was told £130.00. Once I got off the floor said no thanks. Timpsons did it for £12.00. New owners. New prices. Beware

I went in to get the bracelet to my watch adjusted after another shop had removed all the links and was unable to get it put back in. Andy was very helpful and quickly put the bracelet back together and helped me adjust the size afterwards. If I have any future issues with my watch, I know I'll ask for him and would recommend others to as well.

Went to have some links removed from my Armani watch and the guys there were gentlemen. Speedy and a great price and even free if I decide to adjust the links in the future.... 5 star service!

Been re-opened with new owners. Previous business were lovely people and I am part of the goodwill continuing customer base... my old Casio ProTrek fell off my wrist. Made a call to check they were open as have been shut between owners, I guess and popped in. Absolute expertise and years of experience most assuredly still to be had here. The chap just knew by eye which spring bar I needed. Fixed for a tenner, which aughta have been more! Batteries and straps...and not a useless relic anymore! Hugely recommended.

Took two watches here for repair and battery change. The guy behind the desk clearly does not enjoy his job as he was extremely rude, stroppy and it felt as though I was wasting his time, quite ironic as its a watch shop! Rather not give them my custom, took the watches back and never coming here again. The staff in the luton branch are much friendlier and actually want to help you. Please be warned!

These guys couldn't have been more wonderful. They were very realistic about what they thought could be achieved with my watch which I really appreciated. It was quickly fixed within the week and a handy text sent when ready for collection. On collection they gave me a full run through of everything they had done, including cleaning and a few extras thrown in due to some slower days for them. My watch looks BEAUTIFUL and I really had to hold back tears when I saw what a great job they had done.I work as a veterinary nurse and so my watch truly is an extension of me so I have very much missed having it this week, but I'd happily hand it over again to these guys with how brilliantly they've cleaned it up and given it a new lease of life. They exceeded my expectations and the price is beyond reasonable for the work they carried out.Very impressed and would definitely come back again in future.
