One of the best football club stores I have ever been to, mainly because of the level of service ? We entered as ordinary customers eager to buy souvenirs from the local Watford FC, and my private micro-dream was also to see the stadium of the famous Pszczó?ki. Unfortunately, I had information from Google that it was either impossible or would not work. Thanks to the previously mentioned great staff, I was able to enjoy the view of the stadium with a really great view of the stands and pitch. Huge greetings from the family from Wroc?aw ??

We came from Austria specifically to shop at the Hornetsshop. Very good range with very nice people. Pleasant atmosphere. No wonder Bachmann also does number 2 here, you feel homely.

My sister from Cyprus ordered a football shirt for my daughters birthday. It was supposed to say her name with age 6... it said 5... her birthday was the beginning of this week... the shirt came early the week before... I tried to call the shop they said I had to email. I emailed... I sent the shirt back via Royal mail which was a palvar in itself.. this was collected in Saturday. Its now another week later and we've heard nothing back.Firstly, since it was a an error on their part a new shirt with the correct name and age should have been sent out straight away.My sister is now trying to deal with this from Cyprus and has had no contact or resolve for this situation....
