When you have football cards for sale for a child aged 4. He doesn't understand that because you say they are out of date and refuse to sell them & you cause so much distress. Out of date??? They are not prawns are they??????

The customer service in this branch is appalling. Some shop assistance can?t even speak a good level of English and are unable to answer questions and queries for customers. Even when you ask for help you are ignored or given a dirty look and it?s as if they can?t be bothered. For some reason this branch will only have a single person working on the till, this creates long queues and other employees are not willing to help. I also noticed while paying for some products the other day, an employee didn?t even acknowledge me, refused eye contact and just threw my shopping into a bag, the attitude was quite disgusting. The supermarket seems to re stock the shelves during the most busiest times and bombard or barge past and expect you to move out the way. I?ve had to move cages and trolleys out of the way of products so I can put them in my basket as they are hidden from view most of the time. I know for a fact the employees make fun of customers in a foreign language through their Bluetooth ear devices and will not speak English unless they have to. The racism in this Tesco is outrageous. It?s by far the worst Tesco I?ve ever shopped in, I try to avoid at all costs. The only nice and happy employee is the security guard, he?s always so nice and helping.

Staff refused to take my Evri parcel because 'they didn't have a printer'. The printer was sat next to the member of staff with whom I was speaking.
Standing water also left unattended as I entered the shop, on which I slipped and almost fell over.
Very poor service indeed

The manger in this Tesco branch is the rudest, cold, apathetic person I have ever met. I will never be returning to this store. I am considering filing an official complaint along side this review. Shame on the staff here

Been coming here for years. And for a long time I?ve experienced absolutely terrible customer service from the lady at the tills. Really terrible every single time even when simply asking for a bag.

This store is just 5 minutes away from my home, so is a great 'go-to' place to shop for any last-minute provisions & essentials. The shop sells more items than you would expect, considering the relatively small space, and the shop staff are very helpful.

Finding this small Tesco chaos on the best of days. Employees constantly stocking up the shelves with lots of cages in every isle making it hard to look for what you need. The shop is small enough itself and at peak times you can?t move around properly dodging the employees as they run around the shop making you feel uncomfortable. The reduced food is hardly reduced so don?t even bother looking. Even at peak time one or two tills are open and quite often have a shortage of bags. Staff could be a little more helpful as when asking for products they don?t seem know the product name in English and I?m told they don?t stock it. However I did find the what I needed and they did stock it.
