getting wrose and wrose its embrassing and shameful of tesco. can't believe this store still 9years on hasn't cleared up its issues and still not made any changes. whoever's in control head of management of this store need sacking as their clearly accepting this store destroying tescos reputation. The Manger pari doesn't give a flying care he's a rude smug little man thats hardly thier and when he is his eyes are closed but his mouth runs smoke threw his ears when u care to make any complaints. The store has become so badly run down food is becoming inedible for selling to the public from badly storing to selling items days late after expiry with no care or changes made as I've complaint twice and they haven't botherd to change it as I been in an seen same items put back to sell and not removed. Trading standards and food agency need to be all over them. Even the security guard believes the shop is an embrassment and is being run down by the people working in here as they don't care besides what goes in thier banks. Urgent changes need placing

The card machines never work and don't accept contactless. It definitely is there machines as only happens in this store. It's been the same for months but the staff do nothing to fix it and look at you like it's your problem when the payment isnt working. Very rude in here.

I was in here earlier today at 2:15 pm with my brother and my mom after buying some grocery was packing my bag, out of nowhere this old aged security guard( I am told his name is Hameed) approaches me saying I came in yesterday and stole some chocolates and was adamant that it was me, I told him I don't even shop here, and was in the office yesterday. When I asked him to call the cops and show me the CCTV, he backed off and the staff there tried cooling of the situation. Tesco needs to review their security service partners at this store and especially their training. Completely rude staff non apologetic.

The staff here is a joke,with nothing to do with customer service,very rude and arrogant and accusing people falsely.Please avoid at any cost or else you will be accused of stealing without they doing proper checks.They have four self checkout out of which two don?t print receipt.The whole team here needs to be replaced they have no idea about what customer service is,just there for the sake of it.They simply keep giving looks at people and belittling and humiliating customers.Their service is far from being pleasant ,looking at their grumpy faces with no smile ever while serving will just spoil your day.By the way I used to be a regular here bcoz there is no other option on the high street which is available late at night or early in the morning and I think most of the customers use it bcoz if this reason and also bcoz it is at a convenient location .Will completely agree with other customers reviews about their bad customer service.The staff there thinks that they own the Tescos.

Trust the reviews. Don?t shop here. The staff are rude and demeaning for no reason. A lady antagonized me for I.D. for an energy drink knowing good and well I?m an adult in my 20s and I am a regular who comes in late/in school hours. She knew very well I was no where near 15, it was clearly a power play.
The funny thing is, even when I showed her proof that I?m in my 20s, she then told me to make sure I have my I.D. next time (she spoke to me in a condescending manner, the way some would to a child). Then the next time I came in the store, this lady kept giving me weird looks. She would not take her eyes off me as she was stocking shelves. I really don?t understand the hostility. I have always been polite and courteous; I was also a regular who they?re familiar with, so I don?t get it. I really don?t. Definitely has to be one of the worst Tesco branches.
I?ve observed that the security guard can be quite rude to customers too. I noticed he would always watch me intently, despite knowing I?m a regular and even having cash/or my debit card in hand. Some people just need to treat people poorly to feel a sense of worth. It?s pathetic.

Poor service. I don?t think the shop has ever opened on time. Most days the staff don?t even turn up until after six. Monday to Friday the shop does not open on time, can?t comment on weekends but am sure it is the same. Not one member of staff is friendly or helpful. All in all dealing with Tesco Express Watford High Street is not a pleasant experience

Today i went this store and the security guards behave to roudly with me his name was hameed and i think he was aged person I respect but that guy?s grab my hand say me get out of the store .my fault was i was just wearing helmet and he told me remove I accepted but he told me you stupid idiot and to much shouted on me even store employees seen everything that time but no action.and i was let out the store without any purchesed the item .i think this store need some improvement or take action on like this person please.security guard threatened whatever you want see my name batch and complaint etc.i think he was entrepreneur of tesco.

This tesco branch is very bad. When i went in there the other week with some friends, they brought a meal deal and then they dropped the snack by accident and then we told the staff this one worker started having a go at me and my friends and then kicked us out shortly after the manger had a go at the worker and then he gave us a replacement. then yesterday i went in there and i brought a drink when i left the shop i got accused for stealing witch is very stereotypical and i proved them wrong and they still made it look like i was in the wrong. I would no recomend coming into this branch if you dont want to get abused by the staff. all though they do have good stock and is quite coinvent
