At around 2:10 today, came to get some fuel. Stood at the pump for about 3 minutes waiting for it to be authorised, the whole time the woman in the shop kept looking at me. Finally authorised and they kept pausing it from in the shop. Went in to pay and another woman was looking at me through the employee door? Went to pay and they didn?t even have to ask what pump I was at. Two old Asian women spoke to me absolutely horrifically and pulling faces even though I tried to inform that the pump kept saying unable to obtain readings. I asked what the issue was and they just kept asking me if I wanted to pay for other people?s petrol? I?ve never been there before outside of work so I can?t think of what they would have against me. Spoke to the customer stood next to me and he stated that they were giving him trouble too. Disgusting service to say the least. Didn?t even offer me a receipt or their names. If I had my phone on me I would have taken their photos to name them.

Rude, ableist staff who have decided that someone existing while having a stutter while struggling with the facilities due to being autistic is abuse of them, the staff, and is reason for them to walk away refusing to help while making loudly abusive and ableist comments aimed at the disabled customer.
Disgusting treatment by the older "blonde" woman in question, will not be coming back.
For a firm of this size to be employing open ableists is beyond disgusting.

Always happy to go there. Roomy and choice of paying at pump or have the pleasure of speaking to the lovely staff- always cheerful and helpful.

Second visit in a week, where most pumps are coned off, no unleaded petrol on the couple left open and no explanation.

Absurd! Being a local and coming there on weekly basis they are usually closed during morning peak hours, went there today with a hope of maybe they will be open snd guess what??? They are closed ??? card machines don?t accept high street bank cards, seriously???

Station generally ok for fuel. Never too busy.Noticed they've now just jacked up price of air to pump tyres. 100% increase! Not surprising as everything else had gone up.
