I like to Thank all the team working in Tesco Extra pharmacy in watford for all their hard work and Excellent customer service.
I was very distressed regarding my sons condition and was given advice by sadia and sheil and a recommendation of creams and medication for him.
I felt that I was listened to and they were very compassionate towards what I was going through.
10/10 service with a smile .

Poor customer service. When you need to buy something, you?re forced to wait at the counter until someone decides to show up. Even if staff see you waiting, they will finish their personal conversations or meals (another story, how they can eat in behind the counters, where is a full of medicines, do anyone knows about cross-contaminations? For the health and safety will never go back and get a thing from there), before acknowledging you. Sometimes, they show up with their mouth full, unable to speak properly. In an emergency situation, this kind of careless attitude could have serious consequences. The staff clearly need proper training on how to communicate and deal with customers professionally and respectfully.
I don't even want to mention about the phones in their hands!!!!!!

Absolutely shocking. Waited 45 minutes for a prescription that they had forgotten about. No apology just told take your prescription elsewhere if there is a problem

Absolutely amazing service. Going the extra mile. Doctor prescribed meds and the pharmacist couldn't find them. Doctor surgery was closed by the time I got to pharmacy, but the pharmacist did not give up and looked for a while. Thank you for not goving up and ensuring my child gets his medicine

They went against the hospital and my gp and regular pharmacy by not giving the amount of medicine that was originally issued by the hospital

BEWARE High attitude Insta model is behind this counter. Don't come here if you need medicine urgently. Sitting behind the counter using a phone can't help people in need.

Received exceptional service from Sanjay who went above and beyond to secure a non-standard medication for me at very short notice. He was delightful to deal with and extremely kind and efficient. Would definitely recommend this pharmacy.

Very bad customer service the phone shop was terrible customer service appalling was conned me saved up to pay off my phone contract wouldn't listen to me the staff and I ended up paying for a data bundle that bill was higher than if I upgraded to sim only. It made my mental health issues worse I took a 2nd opinion and paid it off over the telephone 1 week later staff weren't wearing masks properly either I visited in November 2020 I will never visit your store again as the staff were so so unhelpful the phone shop staff
