I received the service where they drive to your door and pick up the clothes.They gave me a 7am-4pm window but came around 10:30am (which worked well for me).The process was quick and easy, the person took my bags of clothes, briefly checked them and weighed them.The person was NOT rude however seemed very stern. The lady at the Shop is nice and helpful, always polite. Takes a wide rang of items as long as they are in good condition and clean 10/10.

Lady staff who works there is very rude. Not at all welcoming. May be someone is forcing her to work there. Never recommend using their service to anyone.
