I?ve been getting my eyebrows done by the beauty therapist Payal at Superdrug for a while now, and I trust no one but her with my brows! She?s incredibly skilled and so caring, always making sure I?m comfortable and happy with the shape. The results are always perfect and tailored just for me. The service is professional, quick, and the beauty section is clean and welcoming. If you want someone you can truly trust with your eyebrows, she?s the one to go to! 10/10

Went into the shop with my Mum. There were no testers for brow pencils, lip liners or concealer sticks. We were then followed by staff around the shop because they thought we were opening products. A lady approached us and said we can only test things already open. We spoke to the manager to make a formal complaint about lack of testers and then continued shopping. Staff on the isle continued to follow us. We tested lip liners that were already opened, we saw the lady radio and shortly after a new member approached us and said we couldn?t test the products. I explained it was already opened and she continued to say we couldn?t use it. My Mother and I felt harassed the whole time. We will not be returning as this was one of the worst shopping experiences we have both had. It was very intimidating.

Polite young lady but didn't have my medication which is one of the most widely used in the country. Went to 2 other branches who also were out of stock. Looking at the pullout drawers they had with the stock they did have, they were ridiculously under stocked and inadequate. Awful for a national brand when the tiny pharmacy near my house has never failed to supply me

I think the staff in superdrug Watford branch should be more polite. Also they behave like customers are all shoplifters and stare at you. Not a nice store to visit.

Today, I had one of the worst customer service experiences I?ve ever encountered at Superdrug, all thanks to a staff member named Kala. Her behavior was shockingly rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.
My husband and I were stuck at the till for almost 20 minutes purely because of her attitude. She was dismissive, unhelpful, and outright disrespectful. I recently changed my phone and no longer had access to my Superdrug card ? instead of helping or offering a solution, she was snappy and condescending. She even demanded that my husband download the app on the spot and then proceeded to refuse his valid student discount, even after he showed his student portal.
This is not just about one bad day ? we watched several other customers being treated poorly by her during our wait. She was slow, irritable, and clearly had no interest in delivering even basic customer service.
I?ve been a loyal Superdrug customer for years, but after this disgraceful experience, I won?t be coming back. I refuse to waste another 15 minutes of my life standing at a till being treated like a burden just for wanting to make a simple purchase. For now, I?ll be taking my business to Boots ? where respect for customers is still a priority.
This kind of behaviour reflects incredibly badly on the brand, and I hope Superdrug takes this seriously. Customers deserve better.

I was trying to buy some paracetamol, at the self checkout tills and the lady that was supervising was so rude, she asked for my id I showed her she then said this isn?t your advantage card I said no it?s my friends she said no you can?t use it so cancelled my items and scanned them through again, then asked to see my id again when I?ve just showed her, she refused to believe me when I retold her my dob and refused to approve I was over 16 until I showed her my id again, I left all my items because the attitude that was also given when being spoken to was very unprofessional, this is why they?re losing customers, I will not be returning

Superdrug Watford 09/02/25
I had a truly awful experience at the Superdrug store in Watford due to an extremely unprofessional staff member named Jude. I went in to return some unopened perfumes, all within the return period and with my receipt?there should have been no issue. However, as soon as Jude saw me, the first thing he said was, ?You made a complaint about me before!??completely unprovoked and unprofessional.
I ignored the unnecessary comment and politely requested my refund, but he refused to even attempt the return. Instead, he told me I was ?wasting people?s time? by returning items and even claimed that he could ban me from the store because he was the ?boss? of Superdrug Watford. He also had the audacity to tell me I wasn?t a ?good customer? and that if I returned another item, he had the authority to stop me from shopping there again. When I rightfully pushed back and told him that was not within his rights, he sarcastically asked me what I do for a living?as if that had anything to do with the situation!
I was absolutely shocked at how I was treated. I had to travel to another Superdrug store, where the staff were lovely and processed my refund without any issues at all. This just proved that Jude was acting unreasonably and was on a power trip.
No customer should be treated this way. Jude is rude, condescending, and completely unfit for customer service. If Superdrug values its customers, they need to seriously reconsider allowing someone like this to represent their brand.
Avoid this store unless you want to be treated with disrespect for no reason!

Was served by a fragrance connosieur by the name of Cadezah. Brilliant service, friendly but professional. Highly recommend going into the store to the fragrance section and have her help you out. Fantastic!

I had a flu voucher which can be used at Superdrug, but they didn?t have a qualified nurse. They gave me locations of 2 other pharmacies which they felt could do the vaccine, but both did not accept the voucher. Wasted my time by not providing accurate information, when there could of just told me flu vaccines are not available at the moment

I am writing to share my disappointing experience at the Watford store.
My daughter and I visited the store because she wanted to get a nose piercing, and since her birthday is coming up, I decided to give it to her as an early birthday gift. We entered the store and headed to the piercing section. The staff member there asked for her age, and when I said 13, she immediately informed us that it was not possible to get the piercing done because she was under 14.
I explained that the website did not specify this age restriction, but she insisted that it didn't matter and that their policy required the customer to be at least 14 years old. We left the store to check other places and found that many others allowed piercings for those aged 13 and up with parental presence.
I returned to the Superdrug website and carefully read the piercing policy, which stated, "Our piercing service is available to anyone over the age of 3 years old. Any child between 3 and 16 (18 in some areas) will need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and identification may be requested."
We decided to return to the Watford store and speak directly with the manager. I explained the situation, and we were taken to the piercing staff member, Payal. She rudely stated at the Manager that we should have gone directly to her instead of speaking to the her first. We asked to see where the 14-year age restriction was written, but nothing was documented. Payal continued to claim she couldn't do the piercing based on information from her WhatsApp group. The manager remained silent even when I showed her the website policy.
Another colleague, Madaline, chimed in, saying it wasn't clear which piercing the policy referred to. I pointed out that since they only offered ear and nose piercings, the policy should apply to both. Despite this, they refused to do the piercing and suggested we visit another Superdrug store.
To add to our frustration, my daughter would be turning 14 in just two weeks. I am utterly disgusted by how they refused to do the piercing. My daughter was very disappointed because I had promised her this gift today. I would have understood if this age restriction was clearly stated in their policy or on their website, but it was not mentioned anywhere.
They cannot decide policies based on their mood for the day, especially when other younger girls have had their nose piercings done. Needless to say, I will not be returning to that store, and I am very unlikely to visit any other Superdrug location. This is not the first time we've encountered issues there.

Disgusting and rude staff, we went on Sunday 9th June at around 4:15 pm, we didn't have our super drugs card and the lady ( Payal) who was helping out at the self checkout said very rudely to log onto our email account, she shouted! It was unnecessary, she didn't need to raise voice, Used to be a nice place but they need to change their staff!!!!
