They took my daughter right in as a walk in. She decided that on the 3rd day of our 3.5 week vacation that she just had to have her haircut. We were visiting the Harry Potter Studios and found that this was walkable from the train station. It was perfect for us. The hairdresser was quick and efficient.

Always get ignored when I enter. Seems like they don't want to do any work. I sat waiting for 10 minutes to be told that it's too late to have a dye done by one of the hairdressers. There was only 1 other customer coming to the end of her treatment. The other hairdresser had a massive grin on her face while saying she didn't know I wanted a dye and thought I wanted a cut. Surely it is their job to inquire what I want. I've been turned away 3 times in the past and they always use the same excuse "it's too late". Since when does it take 2 hours for a dye? Lazy, poor service and also seem to forget that they've treated me like this 3 times in a row now. At least if you're going to make the same excuse every time, make sure it's not to the same person! Absolute joke. I think the reason I get turned away is because I have very thick and long hair and they know it's hard work. And obviously they are allergic to work it seems. Sad state of affairs.

I love Samanthi - she's cut my hair about 4 times now - she's lovely, skilled and follows the brief. All I need is a wet, one length trim - no wash or blow dry. So it's great value since I don't want to pay double at a fancy salon for stuff I don't need.However, the economy definitely comes at a cost - it's not a nice experience - just functional. The long waiting times (3 hours yesterday), often rushed service and the way Supercuts makes their stylists work through, alone, with no breaks (must be illegal?) are putting me off. I'm tempted to pay more elsewhere now for the luxury of a booked appointment, more time and care and better treatment of stylists. Stylists are under far too much pressure here!

Awful especially the manager at least she says so! I had a dry cut previously now she says that I must pay for a wet one because it?s a layer cut the same that I always have . But it?s not all she refuse to give a cut a couple of months ago saying that the shop it?s closing but it was obvious that it wasn?t! Avoid if you can this tipe of ?service ?! Hopefully someone over the top of her management can be able to read this!

I had a hair cut, wash and cut- the worst hair cut I have ever had. I asked the person to take a good five inches off my hair but she chopped it right off! Didn?t pay any attention to detail - everything was rushed from the wash to the cut! My hair looks terrible and the layers are all lopsided. I paid 37 pounds to for this and I?m so disappointed! This was before Christmas. I have tried to call the salon but no response.

Supercuts in Watford is great. Some hairdressers are better than others tho. Friendly staff and not too long of a wait. My only criticisms are hairwashing could be improved and it would be great if hair was checked and the end to make sure its even. Other than that its a nice hairdressers ?Service: Hairstyling

My wife visited Supercuts in Watford. =She uses Supercuts because the staff are so friendly, she gets the cut she wants and the price is very good. Would recommend very highy.Service: Hairstyling
