Came to the salon today for waxing and eyebrows and I can honestly say I won?t be going anywhere else now! Janvi was brilliant, she takes the time to talk to you and get to know you and the gentleman at the front desk was lovely too. The place is clean and tidy and I would definitely recommend! Got my wax done today and I was a bit nervous as I?ve only had a wax 3-4 times before. However as soon as got on the table she made me feel so much more comfortable. She talked me through the benefits of the wax she uses, made sure she directed me on where to position myself so it hurts less. Overall a 10/10 experience. I loved the wax I feel so smooth and the customer service was amazing. I?ve already recommended it to other people and I only left two hours ago !!!Services: Body waxing

Never go to this place. Disgraceful customer service. They are extremely rude and they never want to fit you in. My wife was desperate to get her eyebrows done before an event and they closed early even though it says online that they are open until 7pm most days.Editing the review as I can't respond to the business owners response below. Firstly, your response as a business owner in customer service demonstrates why you've had several negative ratings. Secondly, your website clearly states you are open until 7pm, however you were shut atleast 40 minutes early without warning. A customer who has travelled to your shop within opening hours shouldn't be told to come back another day even earlier. Not everyone has the luxury to leave work whenever they want unlike yourself. I suggest you stop responding like a petulant child to the reviews and focus on improving your customer service aspects.For anyone reading this, I absolutely standby this 1* review and suggest you find a better place

The same thing happened to my wife. She mentioned to me that she went for waxing to this salon and she was not happy at all with the service. It's a pitty some people in this business don't know how to attract their customers ?

I went for full legs and full arm waxing today. First time, last year i went for full arms and when finished, i went outside in the light and i saw that there are still hairs left. I was desperate now as i could not find an appointment available to my regular salon so i thought i should give them a shot again. They are using some ceiling lights and you cannot see the hairs properly so i turned phone my flash light on and i showed the lady that there are still some hairs left because she did not pull in the right direction and because they are not using proper lights, she cant see where there is still hair left to wax. Her answer was that no one else complained about the lights before and that she wont put wax twice in the same area. So if hair did not get removed from first, you will just let me leave like that and charge me £35 for what??? Terrible attitude, i have never in my life been in a salon where they act like this. Everywhere you go everyone is nice and tries to help you and asks you if there is any hair left to let them know so they remove everything. I left with one arm done and one not waxed because they are just terrible.
