I just had new carpet on my landing and a runner on the stairs. Rob was great to deal with, very helpful and he made sure to point out any potential pitfalls.The fitting was efficient and professional and I?m really happy with the finished appearance. Will definitely use again.

This was my second time having the whole house carpeted. First time (years ago) was a great experience, sadly I cannot say the same this time. Some of the carpet had to be relaid, one room was done 3 times. Door bars don't match up. One door bar was fitted incorrectly. Some of the carpet grippers were not fitted properly. Still have lumps where the carpet is not fitted properly to the grippers. Carpets were cut too short to reach under the door bars.Went back several times but was made to feel like it was my problem and I was being too fussy. Would not use again
