It was very positive attitude by very helpful John in Watford branch who helped us choosing the right sofa colours and very efficient service. It was straightforward buying two sofas and a chair.

The manager has the product knowledge, understand the customers requirement, I appreciate the service given at this stage.The reason for 3 stars is :1) he said delivery will be within 3 weeks, but the tracking info says 5 weeks +2) i did not ask for Glides and fabric care, but the manager briefly explained these products, but never asked if I want them or not, but these have been added to the final bill, when i signed the bill on his tab he did not show the detailed bill.3) I have requested him to remove the extras from the bill, it has not been actioned even after a few days of my request,

John was really helpful & knowledgeable, pointing us towards the specific type of sofa we were looking for. When we decided on a sofa he sorted out payment & what for happens with delivery. We left very happy. Would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Nice store with lots to view, unfortunately not the sofas we had seen online. Overheard someone giving a couple the hard sell, which I found uncomfortable and they clearly did as we saw them leave the store soon after!! Oh dear sale lost! Nice furniture in different styles.

There were issues all the way through the surveyor appointment through delivery (the fitter was great though). That being said - I am still missing 2/3 of my order and trying to get any sort of help is impossible. I am still waiting for the rest of my order! I would not recommend buying carpet from SCS!

We met a salesman called Raj, he was very helpful and informative and not in a typical pushy salesman way. He was honest with us, gave us good deals and we walked away from there with a sofa each. The selection they had was great and the offers were so much better than DFS

I?ve had a really good experience from choosing the carpet to fitment. There are 3 stores in this retail park which sell carpets, one is way too expensive and then SCS and their direct competitor (I guess). In terms of prices, the quotes were similar, but I?d say the quality was a bit higher from SCS. Also, better customer service than the other competitor store. We?d been kept updated all the time between ordering the carpet and fitment. Everything was within timeframe given and expected.

So disappointed, had two messages to say our sofa was coming so got rid of our old stuff and now had a message to say they can't deliver for another week! On top of that my husband has taken a day's unpaid leave to receive the furniture which, he can't get out of. We were told by 2 separate people that this company was unreliable but thought we would give them a chance. Will never recommend them to anyone.

Avoid buy anything from that place , you Gona regret rest of your life , customer service 0, waiting for your item takes life time , soon as your money gone out in your bank to them they don't care about your order any more
