O/0 Disgraceful services..I have a basic saving account and left the card at home ,I had my driving licence and British Passport and refused to allow me to transfer 30...They are rude. ....and services is slow..I was made to wait for a basic service they could not provide..That why people should only bank with Barclays,Lloyd's , I always receive an exceptional service and product. Thus was an emergency that he only reason I went in this Santander....Terrible Service..Hemel Hampstead Staff are 1000% better than this one, go aware for But here ,This is the 1st time I have had to wrote a review like this but..if I was not mistaken the way they treated me as if they looked down on me..that how it felt but no worries will be closing account and will never encourage anyone to bank with them...bad new travels fast than Good news but yes,Try the other bank as I have never been disappointed, see as I have my Passport and Driving licence they allowed me to send my daughter money, who was stuck in Euston as she lost her pass.I am livived..but Thanks to Lloyd's excellent service my daughter can travel without hindrance.

It's a pity Rickmansworth branch has closed down. I went with my daughter to Watford today to deposit cash into the machine, I was helped by a lovely gentleman called Ali. I must say he provided great service with a smile. Santander needs more people like him, I hope Watford branch remains open as I will definitely be back to see him He has a very pleasant and polite manner.

It was one of my first times putting money into my bank account. Ali asked me if I needed any help and told me he?s here if I need him. He was really helpful and I feel like he made my experience at Santander really easy

I personally have always found this bank to be very helpful and friendly, so far up to now I cannot fault the way in which I have been treated. The pandemic has changed the way some banks operate, I have noticed other banks with not many staff, it's not just Santander.

Temporary closure and site said open as normal 3.08.21....not the case. Need to access my funds in larger than £250.00 ATM...so now trying to get to nearest branch that is reported to be openbefore closing and Lunch time break will be exceeded!\\nAfter more than 20 years with Santander now seriously reconsidering loyalty\\nNot good service.Poor I didn't want to give this even 1 star!

This Bank is not worthy of a bank. This Spanish set up does not provide the basic banking needs.\\n\\nI have just moved and re located. I had a deadline to prove my new address. Utility companies normally take 1 to 2 weeks.\\n\\nGood banks do not and normally take 1 or 2 days, in the form of a bank statement.\\n\\nSantander banks telephone customer service informed me to go to a branch and a statement will be printed.\\n\\nAnd we will not post one.\\n\\nAnd this is not the case, Santander Bank wasted my time and as Santander Bank is the worse bank in the High Street.\\n\\nPlease do not bank there.

Today my Inlaws visited the Watford branch. My Mother in law has advanced vascular dementia and my Father in law is her full time carer. On entering the bank they were met with a young lady who told them that only one of them could come in because of the coronavirus. My Father in law explained my Mother in laws disability and explained that she could not be left alone as she would wander off and get lost. They were told that she could wait outside the door but couldn't come in. Whilst I appreciate that you have put rules in place to protect your staff and customers the big Alzheimers poster in your window would suggest that your employees are aware of the Disability discrimination act and that sometimes allowances need to be made. I will be making a formal complaint in the morning when your phone lines are open. I'm absolutely appalled that this has happened to them. Had it of been me with her today all accounts we have with you would have been closed on the spot. Unfortunately my Father in law was so upset that he left without complaining

Waiting times are shocking at this branch. Usually a couple of staff members standing around whilst only one desk open. Once you get to actually see someone they are helpful
