It has gone down hill since self services came into place, they keep changing things around in the shop due to me having mental health and disabilities it stresses me and it makes me get upset. most of all the staff that i used to talk to in the shop has gone :[

The place always needs a good scrub and the signs above the aisles constantly have errors as they move entire sections and don't change the signage above the aisles. The car park is always nasty with lots of old broken trolleys as they just don't care about how it looks. Good that their ale selection is strong including local London brewers like Five Points.

I often go to the Dome Sainsburys on the way home from work or pop in over the weekend, and each time I only need a few items so have to use the Small Shop self service tills. Why is there only four? Three when one isn't working, which is quite often, and only two of them take cash. Two tills and that's it! For a large store that is ridiculous. Meanwhile, there are six tills for those with Big Shops ie using a trolley, and a lot of people with trollies go to the staffed checkouts. Needless to say there is always a queue at the Small Shop tills and never a queue at the Large Shop tills but are we allowed to use the other tills? Of course not! Standing in the queue I say there's a till available there to the left, only for a staff member to say they're not for us. If no one is queuing up for the larger tills does it make a difference? Why not just design tills for both small and large shops? Then you can have ten tills for anyone to use.
