I have ordered groceries from this Sainsbury?s a few times with Uber Eats and it always takes over an hour for staff to pick up my order.
I waited 2 hours once with no updates from them ? Uber Eats support was unable to contact them. When I called the store helpline myself, after getting through a lot of automated messages, the staff said they offered no help for orders outside of Sainsbury?s own orders and could give me the phone number for Uber Eats ? which ended up being the number for Deliveroo instead. I had to cancel and reorder my groceries which took another hour before someone finally picked it up.
I understand staff are busy and I do not need my orders to be fulfilled immediately but waiting over an hour just for there to be any updates with my order, and the lack of order support, is an issue that should be fixed.

Not really about Sainsbury?s but Argos in store and as it?s in your store, you are responsible. checked internet for power station kept pushing me for home deliver finally found one said in store! Went in store product only for delivery . Was going to buy another as I was there ., Argos keeps none in store?

I went shopping at Sainsbury's two days ago and found that some of the shelves had been reorganized. Similar products were grouped together. (For example, cup noodles, canned food, oils...) The classification of goods is clearer than before, customers can search the goods easier. Thank you to the store keepers for their hard work and effort. Well done and keep it up!

Didn't deliver most of my items, asked for substitutes but they didn't bother just cancelled certain items now I have to go to the store anyway.. thanks for wasting over 1hr of my time guys. Lazy cnuts
