Literally so happy, Katie-Marie has made me feel super happy. I put a box dark dye over the top of my old balyage and felt miserable after, no one was willing to then re start the process again and Katie Marie has literally helped and started the process and the hair now looks super glassy and gave me a little part of my glamour back. 100% recommend the salon

Awful highlights foils bled left completely unhappy. Worst colouring service I have ever had. Customer Services not interested at all. Went 2nd time to have it fixed and still terrible. Please consider before you go to Rush Watford. Cowboys of a chain that don't have a clue. No wonder they have lots of appointments available. Salons offering a colour discount should be packed. Also rearranging appointments. Will find it very hard to trust ant new salon ever again.

I have just had an appointment with Daryl and I could not be happier with the results. It was a joy to have such a professional creative work their magic, he really made my morning of ?Self Care? a joyous one with his beautiful energy and hairdressing expertise. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this salon and stylist to anyone.

Sunday 4.30pm . They close at 5.00 and I asked if I could quickly just cut the frange . It takes 2 minutes ! The girl at the till said no!!! Ok great ! Even if I wanted to go there for more services I will not go , They should respect more customers and provide a better customer service .

Shambles these people are they messed me about with my booking changing who I had booked with which I went with then on my appointment day 5 minutes before i was due in they call to say they cannot do it until much later which is why i was getting my hair done as was out for my birthday lunch so much later was useless. Shocking to mess people about and not the 1st time they swapped me to another person when i arrived i thought that a one off but no there booking system is a complete joke. Would get 0 stars and would never use Rush Watford useless they are!

Just had my haircut today and my stylist was the absolute amazing Ash, genuinely a sweet soul with so much passion and love for his job and what he does. Provided advice and a pleasant experience. I hope he keeps growing and succeeding in this life. Coolest hairdresser ever!

Went to visit with Kate-Marie yesterday, she gave me a stunning new hair cut! I went from hair down the middle of my back to just below my shoulders and she listened to my wants and have me exactly what I asked for! Thank you Kate-Marie!!

Excellent stylists and colourists but very poor service. You book a time and every time they call to change it. Not a possible way to live when you have a baby and time slots for hair appointments are already hard to sort! They need to reduce the amount of bookings they take rather than trying to pack everyone in and let them down. Phone answering is pretty poor too.
