I had an unpleasant experience today at Watford shop. I parked my car 10min away, went to the shop to ask if I could bring 2 bags of clothes to donate and the employee told me yes (I wanted to confirm this as I know charities might be unable to collect more clothes often). I went back to the car, carried these heavy bags to the shop and the manager told me he would not accept them. I explained what happened and he didn?t even want to listen (he said the employee did not know). I found his behaviour unacceptable and I think that in this case, he should have accepted the donation. The sensitivities a charity represents do not mean much if the people that volunteer for them show a different behaviour. I hope that someone from the higher management of the charity will find this comment useful.

Not the best charity shop in Watford. All the prices are eBay prices, what makes it even funnier is that they are double eBay prices! I saw a collectible car usually on eBay around £20 or £30 here in this charity shop £120!! Is this a charity shop or a money grab. What?s even hilarious is the price for a well used foot massager I saw! Clearly you can see how old and the actual metal massage parts are corroded, that will be £50. Honestly, I think it?s down to the two managers. They seem to take it too seriously, it?s a charity shop so people can get affordable clothing and toys and electronics, not Usedargos.com Nowadays I only go in there just to laugh at the prices, because it?s a joke. Oh best part is there return policy. It doesn?t exist! which means if you dropped for example £50 on that crusty foot massager and it doesn?t work then sorry no refund ???? If you want a better charity shop go to the rennie grove or british heart foundation, at least their prices are affordable and charitable.

Second hand shop in the center of Watford. Lots of fashionable clothes. A selection of bags, accessories and shoes for women. Few clothes for men and children. For the little ones you can also find toys, books and more. All in all, a store with quite a large selection

I do admit I can't pass a charity shop without popping in them. The RSPCA got my custom on that cold day. The shop was clean & tidy and the staff were very helpful.I found 3 CDs and a book just right for me. How can you go wrong paying £1.50 for these great bargains knowing your money will go to a charity that gives support for animals. Everyone's a winner!

Excellent shop, cheap prices and friendly helpful staff on the shop floor. I'd highly recommend a visit. A few boxes of bric a brac with all items 50p. However the clothes were not in order of size which meant I didn't really look at everything because it's very time consuming and hard work for the customer.
