Don?t be fooled by some good reviews .. I ordered from this store the day before valentine day and by 5 pm next day still did not arrived i called customer service contact .. two different people and both extremely rude and not helpful ?they told me that they are busy and nothing they can do .. the flowers itself was old when it arrived .. I wish google had the option of zero star ? because that?s what they deserve

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and utter dismay following my recent interaction with Rosanas. My experience can only be described as a calamitous chain of events involving substandard products and an appalling display of customer service.The roses my bf had purchased from your establishment were not just disappointing; they were abysmal. Within hours of bringing them home for my birthday, they displayed signs of neglect, sporting holes and blackening petals, culminating in their premature demise overnight. This level of quality is not only unacceptable but a blatant betrayal of trust in your brand especially for the price I would expect them to last longer than supermarket roses!Expecting redress, I made the regrettable decision to return to your store, only to be met with an insufferably rude staff member. Despite clear and repeated explanations that the flowers were not exposed to any external heat source, this individual adamantly insisted on accusing me of negligence, deflecting responsibility for the deplorable state of your product. She was extremely rude and was brushing off whatever I had to say!In a begrudging attempt to rectify the situation, I reluctantly accepted a replacement bouquet, although it was evident that these flowers lacked the freshness I anticipated. Alas, the vicious cycle repeated itself, as this second batch met the same untimely demise within a day, signifying an appalling lack of quality control on your end.What truly compounded my dismay was the dismissive and unwelcoming demeanor of your staff member, who not only exhibited rudeness but also implied that I was a habitual returnee seeking replacements, despite this being my first ever visit to your store for such an issue.The abysmal quality of your products, coupled with the abhorrent customer service, has left me not just dissatisfied but appalled. I am profoundly disappointed by this experience and deeply question whether I can trust your brand in the future.I implore you to take immediate and substantive action to rectify these systemic issues, safeguard the quality of your offerings, and instill a sense of professionalism within your staff.I eagerly await a swift and decisive resolution to this matter.

I recently purchased flowers for my mother in laws birthday. I had an issue online and called the shop, extremely helpful. Collected them from the shop, friendly welcome and again extremely helpful. Flowers were beautiful and gained a lot of comments from all the family. Wouldn?t hesitate to recommend or use again when I need a bouquet! Thank you ?

Unfortunately my beautiful bouquet of flowers delivered for my 50th birthday did not last more than 4 days due to the extreme heat we?ve been having. I was disappointed but didn?t feel I could complain as the weather is not the fault of the florist. I emailed them and today a different, just as beautiful bunch was delivered. This is amazing service and really made my day today. Well done for great customer service which is so often lacking with other suppliers these days.
