This rating is for parking facilities of this shop: they are really non existant. I was in the area and planned 20mins for my shopping there. How much more time required to pay for the things you want and be on your way? Clearily not with this shop. Although they state 3 parking spaces available, all were occupied with no customers inside the shop. Off street parking is extremely limited. When i manage to pop into store I was told I will need to wait for another member of staff to help. As I already waisted allocated time looking for parking, I just left. Location of this shop is weird, it's not on the high street but way to far from it for a walk.My business was taken elsewhere...

Nigel and the team at RS Watford are helpful and knowledgeable and let me listen to some different speakers with no pressure to buy . thanks Nigel

I came into the store a couple of weeks ago looking to purchase an Amp and speakers. I was greeted by an extremely rude, condescending and uneducated sales person. Without asking questions on what I was after proceeded to tell me that if I didn?t buy what she was telling me the whole set up wouldn?t work and would DIE. Which was then written on a note pad and highlighted to me, this was very strange behaviour! once I questioned this and disagreed she got even ruder and started to get nasty. At this point I highlighted the bad service and strange behaviour but it continued, as if she wanted an argument. No other staff stepped in or tried to help. I promptly left.I now have the amp and speakers I was originally after which are working perfectly and didn?t DIE as I was aggressively told! I don?t understand what the sales person had to gain from this behaviour as it actually ended up loosing them a sale of over £1500.I would never advise anyone to shop here.

I called yesterday to arrange a replacement for my headphones, to be met with a rude, jealous and disrespectful sales assistant. He spoke to me as if I were a child (I am older than he is), and made me feel lucky he even performed his job. When I shocked him by asking additional questions, he referred to my £350 professional headphones as "cheap." I doubt he has much more than that in his bank account. Dunno what his problem was.The store manager was similar in his approach and couldn't have cared less, using similarly derogatory language.*Update* (One week later and in response to Tom Griffiths)Having sent the headphones back for replacement, I am emailed to be told that they can't be bothered to activate my warranty because I don't like their service!? They offered a refund instead. Erm, refusing to honour a warranty is illegal, however I accepted because I don't want anything more to do with them.Tom is lying; the assistant clearly referred to my headphones as 'cheap,' and what Tom refers to as 'without event,' was, as usual with these types, latently yet decidedly apathetic and disrespectful. Everything I said in the review is true.I look forward to my prompt refund. 'Foul' and 'brief' are interesting words. I wonder what people thought reading those, it's not what I'm talking about at all. Bullies.

As usual, excellent Richer Sounds service - staff were incredibly helpful, assisted us out to the car with the TV and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with, and got exactly what we wanted.

Been using Richer Sounds for years. Products are always priced competitively and as far as I'm aware will price match others. Good choice of products in store and online and the staff have always been very helpful.

Always had great service here. The staff are really knowledgeable and friendly. Their prices are keen and it really helps when they can tailor a product to suit my needs and not give the hard sell you get at other shops just to shift stock. Keep up the good work

I bought a TV online and picked it up from here. I'd failed to understand that the place has customer parking, so my car was a way from the store. The assistant, Lloyd, insisted he'd help me carry the TV all the way back to the car, even though it was a 10 minute walk. Fantastic customer service.
